Pro Clubs Post League Play Bug

I play FC 25 on pc and have the game through the EA app. I experience a bug with the game after every league play game, I am unable to play due to a reoccurring loading screen. The only temporary fix I have found is to close app and reopen to play a game with friends. I have cleared the cache and did an integrity check on the app/game multiple times and has not resolved anything.

This has happened since the very beginning of FC 25's life cycle and was why I quite playing pro clubs for a while until recently where EA have still not fixed this issue. I saw a thread where someone on the Xbox series has experienced the same issue 2 months ago and is still not fixed.
