Pro clubs tunnel glitch

I play vpg and vfl on pro clubs on eafc 25.

 Every time I play one game with friends after I get stuck in a tunnel screen for ever. I reset my game multiple times and my console, WiFi nothing works. Once awhile it works but its very rare. This has been happening since launch of the game but it has gotten worse in the last few updates. 

I have tried to contact ea support about this I got no help and i sent an email no response either. It's becoming a joke pro clubs is kinda my main mode and I'm struggling to play it with friends
