Problem with Play match

I have an Xbox Seris and I have a problem in ultimate team mode. When I play online, the entire image suddenly freezes and the information pops up: "Connection with opponent lost". I have good internet, from 25 to 70 ms. Please answer quickly, thank you in advance.
