Problem with receiving my rewards

Hello EA I have just bought the premium pass but I could receive my rewards from level 29 till the end and shows me that I need a negative thousand of sp to receive them 

Kindly answer me fast as possible before the season ends

    Hey kk_rjoub​ ! If you're experiencing issues with rewards, try restarting your game or console and logging back in. Playing a couple of games can also help synchronise your account.
