problem with the buying of fifa points

Last night I was trying to buy fifa points on companion, I make 2 transactions with Apple Pay but I received a error “apple pay payment refused” and after that my money was taken out of account but I don’t received the fifa points on my fc25 account. I mention that I have carried out similar transactions with the same card account that were completed successfully. I am attaching a photo with the received error
