Problems with career mode and ultimate team

Just bought the game and i'm having serious issues with the game. 

  1. I Cant connect to ultimate team. Tried everything and the internet is not the problem, as i tried with good wifi and even cable. 
  2. Career Mode does not work correctly. I can play the game, but no economic values appear, such as the teams budget or transfer costs / salaries. Nothing appears and its a pretty important part of the game. I tried it with several accounts and created new career modes of course. 

After all this problems i deleted the game and download it again. Didnt work either. 

Any ideas?

    I’m also getting point 1 for two days now!!! WiFi is fine every other online game and online gamemode on FC25 is fine… but when connecting to ultimate team I get “there was a problem connecting to the Football ultimate team servers. Please try again later”!!! Occasionally I mange to get into ultimate team but then clicking on anything else I get the message over and over until I get kicked out. Incredibly frustrating and this is likely to be the final hurdle for me giving up on FC forever

    here the same thing, every i play the game crashed en i'll lose the game. Very annoying to achive goals foor week and season.

    Same issue here with a PS5 on point 1!!! all works fine at home with a Nintendo Switch (can play Ultimate Team mode on nswitch) but when trying to connect in my PS5, It shows a message that says something like (i'm from spain) "You've lost your connection..." but at the same time i'm connected on my switch...

    NO SENSE!!!

    heey! my problem was solved once i changed the language from spanish from mexico to spanish from spain. The mexican spanish didnt include numbers. hope it helps!
