Problems with FC 25 Career

Hello, I’ve been having problems with FC 25 in both player and manager mode. When I sprint, my player runs much slower compared to when I sprint in ultimate team or kick-off mode, and my game feels slow. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would appreciate it if you let me know
