Problems with TOTS+ Evo

Hello Support,

I started the Tots+ Evolution with my 94er Henry Icon. I paid the 25k but the Evolution didn't appeared. I lost the money and have the same Henry 94 than before.  

Please check it. In the help chat the toll me that it is a Bug and i should wright it here.
