PS4 Controller issues that are impossible to fix

So I'm using a PS4 controller and I bought FC 25 from the EA app. For some reason, no matter how many solutions I find, my controller just doesnt connect via bluetooth so I can play FC 25. I used wired connection for it and it is very unstable due to the fact that sometimes my player doesnt run or moves in the complete opposite direction to where I placed my analog stick at. I also cant switch my player with L1 on wired connection and because of this, I lost so many games where it wasnt my fault. Is there GENUINELY any REAL solution to connect my ps4 controller via bluetooth because this is getting out of hand...
