Im facing the same problems. I agree with everything you said its 100% true. Gameplay is slow while ea blaming your ISP. Troubleshooting never works done it multiple times. 1000mbs download 500upload but on getting 6 or 40mbs upload IF im lucky. Gameplays is mostly slow only some NIGHT games which are better experience. Other than that 80% of the time im playing with slow gameplay unresponsive players. 96 pace players cant ourun 84 pace players WHILE my 96pace player is in front. Its just a disgrace because we paying for the game. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
