PS5 Controller STILL not working on EA App PC

My PS5 controller still is not working when trying to play through the EA app on PC. IT HAS BEEN 8 DAYS SINCE THE PRE RELEASE AND I STILL CANT PLAY! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A FIX!!!!! This is getting ridiculous.
