I bought 1050 fc 25 points,when I logged on they weren’t there even after hours of waiting and multiple restart attempts, how do I get my points back?

It can take 24 hours for your FC Points to be reflected on your account. If you don't have them by then, I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look.

I have had a similar problem every time i try and buy the fc points with the money in my steam wallet it says loading client overlay please wait and then nothing happens even though i have enabled in game overlay in ea and steam
