PS5 Error Code CE-108255-1 Ultimate team
Hello guys,
after 8 hours of reinstall the game, the data base, restart PS5 i still get this error CE-108255-1
when i enter in EA FC UT, but i wanna say the problem is only when i enter UT, kick off, clubs etc it’s working fine, someone have the same issues?

after some investigations, we are pretty confident that these steps should fix the problem for you. Please try these steps:For UT issues:
- Log from the Web/Companion App
- Navigate to Squads
- Delete the active Squad and create a brand new squad.
- Log out of the Web/Companion App
- Attempt to log into Ultimate Team
- Verify that this time the game does not crash on boot, and the error is not returned.
For non-UT issues (Kickoff etc.):
- Launch FC25
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Profile > Delete
- Delete all local files except:
- Online Pro files.
- Files with Career in the name. These are your saves for these game modes—they won’t be re-downloaded and can’t be restored.
- You can also delete Personal Settings 1 to fix any audio or visual issues, like glitching, flickering, or loss of sound. Keep in mind that you’ll lose Skill Game progress and your custom controller layout. Only delete this if you’re sure you’re okay with losing these and having to set them again.
- This will reset any custom rosters or squad created that may cause this issue.
- Navigate back to the main menu
- Launch Kickoff and observe that a new Squad Update is being downloaded
- Play any match
- Observe that this time you are able to launch the game without any error messages being returned.
