PS5 problem connecting to EA SERVERS

Hello,

everytime I launch FC25 on my PS5 Digital, I get the msg that I cannot connect to EA SERVERS and I have to reset my password. Can I play online or not in PS5?!!!

P.S in my laptop I am connected, so there is not a technical issue with the internet connection, and the PS5 is brand new
