Can't connect into Ultimate Team because of a high volume of server traffic

Hey hugoam99​ If you're experiencing this error, try creating a new squad with different players or changing your favorite team in the Profile Manager to see if that resolves the issue.

I have the same issue and i have done these things, noothing has improved, anything else is an do?

I am facing the "High volume traffic" error since 10 am, I have tried a lot to login and it's 5:39 pm now. How come server are unavailable for such long time???

Also, while we are at it. I have lost all hope on FC25 and EA. I bought the game and gave up because of poor menu features which never worked well in December last year.

 I tried to play this game again (FUT) from May and in past two months I did like FUT but (and big BUT) every 2-5 minutes FUT freeze at menu loading. If I have to play 2 hours, my 90 mins are wasted because of atleast 20 EA server issues where I have to logout and login again. These server and constant disconnection and to think back I wasted 90% of my time to login into the game has made emotionally exhausted. Like how can EA earning billions each year in a decade can make a user go through such adversities just to enjoy some football game they once loved??? There is literally no improvement. And they are ready for FC26 launch????? They don't give a **bleep** about users in India. I have 200 mbps ethernet, I have never faced issue during gameplay but in menu, it just can't run without errors for 10 min straight.

It literally left me crying at times for how bad it makes you feel when you keep trying for hours to find one game and few good server minutes.

I love football and fifa games. My friends have played fifa since 2014 and now in 2025 we are given a fancy **bleep** which is 100 times worse than what we were promised.

This is still happening. I literally can’t get into the game. I’ve done the above steps (apart from creating a new squad with different players as I can’t get into the app because it says I’m signed in on another device which was the PS until it crashed). Any further advice? It would be much appreciated

Try changing the region to UK or US on EA website. Worked for me last night. It’s always like this in Canada 

Exact same... I can't even use companion... for hours
