Randomly goes to screen after games with no response

When existing games after they have finished by pressing A to Advance the game randomly goes to the screen shown in the attached picture with no options and no response.

The game is still working according to Windows task manager but it just sits on that screen unresponsive indefinitely and the only way to exit is kill the process in task manager.

Its happened exiting Rush, Squad Battles and Rivals (don't know if it would happen in any other game mode because I haven't played them yet.

On PC (Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB, NVMe SSD, 3070TI) through Steam.
