After a few days away from the game, I come back to being kicked by the anti cheat system with the error code of 137. Now 2 things. 1) I hate cheating & 2) I don't use cheating software. I do however use "Shadow PC" and it worked perfectly before. What did EA change for it not to run on Shadow anymore?

I only use Shadow PC for EA Sports FC 25 because of the requirements.
I don't understand why block VMS, I own a Mac and I was using a VM to play the game and now its's not working!
This is honestly so stupid. If you want to block VMs then provide some own cloud service or something. FC 25 isnt even on Xbox Cloud Gaming and Shadow with Boosteroid was only way to play. Whats the point for them to lose all people who played using cloud
Ja auch ich habe das Problem. Ich spiele auf Shadow PC seit fc23 und jetzt soll das auf einmal nicht mehr möglich sein.
Ich habe das Spiel vorbestellt und seitdem immer nur über Cloud gespielt, da ich LKW Fahrer bin und das Spiel über die Cloud auf dem Tablet spielen kann.
Jetzt fällt EA ein das es nicht mehr möglich sein soll???
Ich glaub das war mein letztes Spiel von EA, weil dafür ist mir das Geld dann doch zu schade, wenn man gekaufte Titel die vorher auf Cloud gaming möglich waren nicht mehr zocken kann. Schade um das Geld was ich in das Game gesteckt habe. Tschüss EA.
Ich hoffe dass bald FIFA mit einem Spiel um die Ecke kommt wo Cloud gaming wieder möglich ist.
Auch gut wie sich hier nichtmal ein Moderator von EA einschaltet und sagt was das Problem ist.

having the same 137 error for a week now.
EA Support has been 0 help, one advisor admitted they knew about the error had no solution and then just closed the case as completed.
guys, is there any news?
I saw someone that got his case closed as solved by EA on Reddit, but obviously the game still gives the same error, at least for me
ea live chat is useless like always, i think that agents don't even know that there are problems with anticheat. I think that the silence that ea have on this problem is embarrassing, but they only care about store packs working
