And will they release a fix if they’ve already solved the issue? We’re losing on rewards, evos and everything that’s going on these days
guys update me because at the moment I don't have the game installed and therefore I can't see if you can play it or not
nothing new yet, hope we will have some news from ea but i don't expect anything
what balls I can't wait to play
It’s been almost two weeks now, and we still haven’t heard directly from EA. This is really embarassing at this point. I spent all my credits in some Evos running an evo only team, and I’ve basically lost all of them since they expired and we’re unable to play

I finally got a very helpful person, Zue G. your a rockstart, on chat.
We worked through a bunch of scenarios and I generated log dumps and sent them. According to our chat they didn't see any internal tickets for this issue that had been raised.
Right now my hopes of a resolution soon are low, but my faith in Zue G. is high. - Milhouse03111 year agoRising Rookie@Milhouse0311 Responding to my own Post... after 2+ hours Zue G. came back and said he's exhausted his escalations within EA.
It's a feature, not a bug, to be resolved needs to be picked up by the Community Managers and Developers through upvotes and general noise. Does that mean any player who wants to play on a shadow PC is * by now until EA plans a new development release?

Replying to those asking “did EA not know this was an issue after 2-3 weeks”
EA Help / Chat wasn’t aware because after escalating they determined this is not a bug in the game, it’s a feature, purposely designed into an update.
The EA Help Chat where you’d think go to report such issues isn’t responsible for Feature requests or changes to code sent to the developers. It’s a place where if your game behaves not as intended you can get help.
In order to have this issue resolved, ie a code update, EA Help Chat recommended contacting Community Managers and Developers via these forums or any medium.
I share everyone’s pain having purchased iterations of this title for the last 25+ years. However I’m in no way shocked by the lack of support from EA. FIFA22/23 was equally unplayable for those who love Career mode. It wouldn’t save rosters/progress when advancing years, made random formation changes. The issue was never solved because they just waited until the following years releases.
I’ll give it another few weeks and request a refund to wait through another year’s development cycle. Meanwhile eFootball / former EVO is free and getting really good.

We've been posting on the forum since the first day of this issue, and before this thread there were at least 10 different thread regarding the same thing, so how can they say they didn't notice it? The thing is that right now they only care about people spending money for the Black Friday and Thunderstruck promos, so they won't work on this (and on the stuttering that has been going for who can play since 3 weeks ago) until these promos are done

Can we poor players who can't have a gaming PC solve this anti-cheat error on a PC remotely? We are not cheaters or ruining the game, in fact cloud PCs are based above all on connection speed and nothing more, please fix this. Also because I believe that there are people who have spent a lot of money like me to build a team and compete in the game.I think you can only ask for refund in the first 14 days ...

downloaded the update and now it says Unable to Run in A Virtual Machine Security Violation 142

No, talked to EA Help again. There is no fix.
I’ve put in for a refund. Seems EA doesn’t want cloud based platform customers.
