Thanks. @EA_Barry most of use have talked to EA Advisors multiple times and have been met with various answers from "it will be fixed in a couple of hours" to "this is not our issue". As much as I would like to get this resolved, the EA Game Advisors have shown they have little to no information on this issue. It is not even noted on your company Trello board of issues. I think what most of us want is just some kind of clear answer and timetable.

Have had this issue for a month. I went to the Trello board a couple days ago and say a workaround for players not able to access the trial and I figured I’d try that and see what happens.
I was able to make it passed the original problem (“you do not have the necessary permissions”) but now it has kicked me to the trial version and NOT the ultimate version which is what I had before. To access the regular or ultimate versions it’s asking me to pay again.
@EA_Barry Thanks, but I’ve personally spoken with 3 EA support people and someone from Sony support. Each one has offered me differing advice, none of which worked. I’ve heard of others who were treated very rudely by EA support. But they did not help. So please have someone let us know what’s going on.
Anything? We had another title update that still didn’t fix it.
