I have the same problem and the method you mentioned does not work. (PC-Steam). UT also gives the same error even in battle and moments mode. While browsing through Squad, Club, Stadium items, it takes me back to the main menu. At the beginning, end or middle of the matches, it takes me back to the main menu from UT and considers the match as lost. My internet connection is good, my PC performance is good. Despite doing all the necessary things, I could not solve the problem for 2 weeks..

- @EA_Pulsar I tried that and it didn't help.
Please solve the problem I can't play ultimate team mode.but I don't see anything wrong with the publishers or my friends
- withstardust1 year agoSeasoned Traveler@ERD1989 @EA_Pulsar I have the exact same issue like many players in this community. I reached out ea help three seperate times they marked my cases as fixed falsely after they assured me and promised me the fix and a patch is coming "asap". I lost all my faith in this company and i will not be purchasing an ea product ever again.

I am also having this issue only got the game today tried all trouble shooting options and it just crashes and goes back to xbox home screen

@EA_Pulsar this issue still persists, so frustrating. I got dc'ed after the match ended just now. I guess it doesn't matter if we can play the game or not.

I am having issues signing into Ultimate Team. I am connecting to EA servers, However when trying to connect to Ultimate team I am getting a message that Ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.
I am also trying to log into my companion app and I am also getting log in issues. Kindly advise

Hi, just reporting constant issues with servers on fc25, console is ps5 and broadband provider is BT. Only started having these issues for the last few days but can’t really play the game, everytime I go into a different area whether it’s objectives, game modes is loads with the triangle and then kicks me out. Is anything being done to resolve these issues at the moment

I have been having this exact issue for four days now, it is beyond frustrating and I would like to know who to speak to about getting a refund.
Reading this thread, EA seem to be incapable of supporting people who are having issues yet they seem to be able to ship out new cards every other day!
Does anyone know how to get through to their complaints department?
I have been having the same issue - PS5 on BT Internet since Thursday. Game is unplayable.
This needs to be fixed ASAP.
