    I've merged some threads into this one so we can keep these reports together. What I need is your platform ID (Xbox gamertag, PSN ID, EA ID) and the time of when this last occurred for you.

  • @EA_Aljo PSN ID smokey_joe0117 - Please change the thread name to BT/EE - been happening since Thursday 12pm and been trying non stop to play issue is not fixed last attempted 10 minutes ago - changing to mobile hotspot with 7mbs works better -
  • @EA_Aljo In the Rackspace thread from earlier, a network engineer has posted a lot more technical info about the issue that can help.

    Same here nothing loading up Ps5. I think it is since ea fc had an update?

    Once again weekend league game, 0-2 now due to 2 disconnects.  What an absolute waste of time and money.

    This is currently being investigated. It also appears to be on BT's side so it's possible, we'll have to wait for them to get this resolved.

    Mate it's just happened again, right there. I'm 0-3 now. All disconnects.  Fair enough it's getting looked into but I'm buying packs and competing to get into WL and getting shafted here, can I at least get them voided? You're welcome to view the matches if possible but this is a joke. Something back to the customer is surely not an unreasonable request. Not even asking for anything extra, just a level playing field.

    Same connection issues happening for me since Thursday evening. My PSN ID is Winteria and I'm on BT internet. I have run connection and speed tests and everything is fine and internet has been perfect for anything other than Ultimate Team on FC25 on PS5. I can play games and do SBCs but connections are sporadically buffering for minutes at a time and erroring and then have to reconnect to the UT server.

    Exactly the same symptoms here too, all other games work fine... It's just eafc that constantly disconnects

  • @Funky2181 it's funny because it's specifically only happening in UT and no other game mode. I can play clubs and seasons just fine

    Absolutely a joke. It took me 40 mins to get into 1 game of rush then kicked me out

    I logged onto my BT Hub manager on 192.168.1.254, under firewall there is a port forwarding rule called 'EA Tunne'. Could this be where the issue is?

    I can see this setting aswell, if it fixes it please let us know.

  • @leonmcl15 Anytime I remove it it just automatically comes back. I can't edit it otherwise. I'll contact BT and see if this is something they can do.
