Hi EA Support Team,
I’m unable to connect to EA servers in EA Sports FC 25 on my PS5. I’ve tried the following steps:
- Verified stable internet and other games work.
- Opened required ports (TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480; UDP: 3478, 3479).
- Enabled UPnP and tried DMZ.
- Changed DNS to Google (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4).
- Reinstalled the game and reset PS5 network settings.
- Checked EA server status.
- My connection is strong:
The error persists. Could this be related to my EA account or server settings? Please advise.
