i am using a nintendo pro controller and when i followed what u had said the controls changed but they still are wrong idk what to do im getting really frustrated now

Brother. I connected the game console in the introduction part of the EA FC 25 game, but it does not read the game console. It opens with the computer's keyboard and mouse. I connect the EA app to my console via steam, but it still does not work, there is a problem, please help.
