Whom, in the entire thread, did not keep a civilized and professional language? The only one uncivilized here is being you, a representant of a behemoth company. You should be ashamed of the response you have provided. I will make sure to report you to every single entitled department. What do you mean by "please watch your language"? Or else, what is going to happen? No one insulted you personally. This response only strengthens the believes we, as a community, have.
