He initialized the ps4, that means he deleted everything, i am trying it now, downloading the game as we speak, i did reset my ps5 console

I just did that, and it didnt work for me unfortunately
It’s like a factory reset button? Or just delete the application.
So annoying they can’t get their own game working for us.
From your console on settings> system, you can reset your console, like you do it in phones, a factory reset, but it didnt work for me so if i was you i would try, just did another ticket with ea and they just said they market it as a known issue ( stuck on trial version ) and they investigate
