Re: EA FC 25 - "You're Offline" Error Despite Being Connected to Internet

To reactivate my account i need to relog in to my ea account when loading up FC 25, this is not the issue, the issue is, when i put my details in and select 'sign in' it says i ''we've noticed your computer is currently offline (its not) to activate your game on this computer using your EA account, youll need to connect to the internet''. is this because I use an ethernet?

Please add the EA app and the game to the exception list in your Windows firewall and antivirus. After that, repair the game using the EA app. This will verify the game files. If possible, please test it using a different connection type.
