EA staff its utterly insulting to the customers who have paid £50+ again this year for a game that is broken and totally ignore the complaints.
Have you not read the hundreds and hundreds of comments on here and Redditt and many other forums, on the lag, stuttering and freezing the game has? I have and I dont work for EA.
This problem 101 happened after you released Tu5 and baked ray tracing into the game, this has f'd up so many peoples rigs.
I play only offline (career mode) and my game will be fine then stutter, and have massive input lag with the players moving through treacle.
So save this nonsense about internet connection , I work in IT and a 4G connection with 5Mbps can run FIFA online so stop insulting customers who clearly have capable internet connections.
The fact you continue to bury your heads in the sand because you dont know what you did or how to fix it is shameful.
