Re: EA FC 25 stuck at FC25 Splash screen

Hi Barry,

EA app - push button play the game - I see green logo in black window (EA FC25)... the moving bar under this logo and this logo disappears and the as app is open again. But the game doesnt launch.

I triead all technical advices....probably the repair helps before. I launched the game one time today, but I cant open it again - same troubles as before.

I tried to repair it again, but not help more. 

I know, that the game is working (I was in FUT), but I dont know how to launch the game without issues or what is the problem.

Hey! I would really appreciate help. I download FC25 on my PC and the first time it asked for a NIVIDA Driver update which I did. After I relaunched the game passes the EA anti cheat and then it launches with a black screen for a couple of seconds then shuts down with no crash log or anything. Thanks for any help in advance!!

I am having the EXACT same issue as LKopecky. Was playing fine earlier today but now unable to play at all after the loading bar finishes under the "EA FC 25" splash screen.

My game constantly gets the black screen on ps5 as the stadium cut scene shows up in Rivals. This has been the case for the past week. I have deleted the game, cleared the cache and rebuilt the database and reinstalled the game. I have tried closing the game and playing rivals but it happens every other game. My nat type is 2 my connection is 100mbps download and 80 mbps upload. Never had this issue on previous FC 24 and fifa 19-23 

Please can I get assistance 

@EA_Barry what that means that the minimum requirement for GPU is?

Does the GTX 960M is supported?

I’ve tried everything and my game doesn’t want to load at all, i’ve factory reset my pc twice,

i’ve got through all the steps that everyone recommends and nothing is working.

EA FC 25 was still working at Christmas - but now the game can no longer be started. First the splash screen appears, then briefly the program window with black content. Then everything closes and you end up back in the launcher.

I have already run as administrator, repaired and reinstalled the anticheat, repaired and reinstalled the game, deleted the settings and tried to start it again - none of it helps. It crashes on startup and creates a dump file.

When and how can help be expected here? The game is not exactly cheap - and it doesn't work! All(!) other games (including some from EA) work perfectly.

I think I found solution for stuck on splash screen - in my case it was DNS settings of my internet-provider. I set dns servers manually and used free dns servers - 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 in my router settings.

Since then game works fine, but crashes sometimes, but its different case.

i have talked to EA help many times and nothing new , i have the same issue and it's TOTY weeks , when the game will be fixed and who will compensate us !!!???
