The problem isn't yours; EA Sports isn't paying attention to these issues because they haven't achieved the sales figures they want on PC. The game hasn't worked on PC for a week, and it hasn't been fixed. This problem has occurred before, and it's persisted for weeks. The FC series on PC is a disaster. The game has never run smoothly, and now it's completely lost again. Even though the system was sufficient, we had to configure it to the point of being a computer and coding expert for a year. Unfortunately, this method didn't work either, and I've logged in numerous times through the EA Sports help section for over ten days, and no one has responded. Epic Games, where I purchased the game, claims the problem isn't their fault, but rather the EA Sports app and anticheat software, and that only EA Sports can provide a solution. It's truly a disgrace.
