Re: EA FC 25 stuck at FC25 Splash screen

I would like to get some help, so i basically preordered the fc25 ultimate edition and i was so excited to play the early access on Friday but i haven’t been able to play since it got lunch, every time i tried to go into ultimate team i just get the loading screen and i get kick out of the game after 10 seconds, i would really appreciate if someone knows or have any ideas of how to fix it because I can’t get an answer from the support team.
