Re: EA FC 25 stuck at FC25 Splash screen

I had the same issue with FC24 and NOW with FC25 - [Edited]

I am getting really tired of this.

Originally, I thought it was my old PC (Ryzen 5 3600X, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1660 Super Gaming GPU), load up FC24 - Anti cheat screen would pop up and then head back to the EA app after what seemed like it loaded, with that usb disconnect/connect noise. Did all the things that I research; cleared cache, uninstalled/installed, run as administrator, delete the Anti cheat software etc. I thought stuff it I'll get a new PC, now after purchasing the PC (Ryzen 5 7600X, 32GB DDR5 RAM, Radeon 7800XT) I was thinking HELL YEAH download EA App then FC25 and I should be ready to launch and start getting back to make content.... Well, this game/EA have other ideas - I have the same issue as my old PC; launch game, anticheat screen pops up, loads then goes back to the EA App. I am just so damn frustrated with it, the stupid think in this all - I have managed to download this on my wifes MINI PC (Ryzen 7 5700U, 16GB DDR4, BUILT IN Radeon 8CU Graphics) and it loads and plays FC25 on 1080p like [Edited]

Can someone help me with this issue? I have gone and done all what I had learnt from FC24, it is currently re-installing at the moment. I am unable to attach the video of what it does and also put a complaint into EA about it.

I have a nvidia gtx 960m, a i7 6700HQ, and 16gb RAM, my EA FC 25 dont open, it shows the splash screen, than when it starts the black screen, closes and opens the EA laucher. Because my graphics I can not play the game? Please help me.

For the past 4 days I've struggled with an issue: my game freezes in FC25 loading screen. I tried every possible solution found on internet but nothing happened.

Did somebody experience this too and fixed it? How did you do it?

As I sent in the screenshot, I'm not able to join the game at all. Aboit your issue I don't know what causes it

I got this problem:

Everytime i open the game it starts normally, until i press the button to login (You know the one where...ea sport its in the game.... comes after with an animation). But instead of showing me a picture (the animation) of the game my monitor turns black and i just hear the sound of the menu but cant quite see it. Does anyone know the solution to this problem? It´s very annoying..

In addition to this, I have found that when I open the Anti Cheat Setup software that FC25 isn't loaded into the drop-down menu. Does anyone else have this issue/notice this?

So, after reading in some of the other threads, if you have Trend Micro Antivirus/Security and maybe other antivirus software - go into the settings of your antivirus and add FC25 to an exception list from any scans or monitoring; I've done this and then just after the ANTI CHEAT screen appears I had to manually log into the EA/Origin; I am now up and running - GAME WORKS

Each time I try to run the game I get stuck on splash screen (green FC25 and EA logo at the very beginning).

I tried all the usual solutions (updated drivers, install/repair anticheat, administrator run etc...)

Any idea what to look for?

It has been 6 days since I downloaded the early access on the 19th (even longer since I purchased the ult. edition) and the game has only worked twice; Both times were on the 20th and it has not worked since then. This didn't happen last year when I bought the FC 24 pre-order like a day or two before full release.

Since the 20th I have done the following:

• Reinstalled the game twice
• Verified game files through steam 3 times
• Ran both FC 25.exe files (trial and non trial) as an administrator
• Ran both .exe files under windows 8 compatibility in the properties
• Ran both .exe files with "disable fullscreen optimizations" turned on in the properties
• Fully closed the EA app and Steam before loading in more times than I can count
• Added the game folder + the FC 25.exe as an exception in Microsoft Defender
• Tried some weird Origin workaround that didn't work
  • So I inevitably even had to reinstall the EA app after that didn't work
• Tried uninstalling/reinstalling/repairing the anti cheat service for FC 25 but the game doesn't even show up in the menu
• The game doesn't/hasn't even created a folder for the game in my documents unlike FC 24
• My windows is up to date (has been since before I downloaded the E.A.)
• I have enough storage; I had FC 24 + 25 installed at the same time with 30gb of free space the two times the game worked
  
  The only things I haven't done are reverting my gpu drivers (I don't have the space on my C drive to do that currently), and a clean boot (I highly doubt this is gonna help in any degree). If I should wait until the games fully released and pray it works then, I will, but I feel like I wasted $90 to play it early and should've just waited until release day :/

still game is crashing when go on ultimate team. Happens when press to go into ultimate team. Seasons and other gamemodes work. Ps5

I have similar problems with them, and the same thing is that TrendMicro is also installed on my computer.
But there is a difference, because we work from home, I installed is TrendMicro Enterprise EPP version on my computer.
So I can't adjust their settings (perhaps contact IT?).
Do you have the opportunity to contact TrendMicro and resolve this compatibility issue?

Yesterday i spend like 3 hours or more to discover how to play this broken game.

 I reinstall game from :D/ to :C/ -> that help, however after playing one day once again i couldn't play. So how I play?

1. CTRL+ALT+DEL - close "EAbackgroundservice" . This will close your EAapp also.

2. Start game through "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher". This will automatically lunch EAapp and lunch game.

3. Do shortcut on desktop 

4. Enjoy
