FC25 Ultimate Edition not available in Library.
Just redeemed a code for FC 25 Ultimate Edition and it is currently not showing in my Library.
The code is valid and it should provide 7 day access before official launch.
Did a full restart and run as administrator for EA App and it will still not show.
Anyone got the same issue or know of a fix?

Same problem, and also if i enter to buy it again, it not possible Ultimate Edition, only Standard or Ultimate Loyalty Edition.
I got this from Customer Support:
"I wish to inform you, that whenever you make a purchase on your EA account generally it gets updated immediately however, the standard time for the content to get updated is maximum 24 hours. So, I would request you to please wait for 24 hours from the time you have made the purchase to get the goods updated on your EA account"

I got the same problem. I have spoke to an EA agent and it says that is a general problem, so we will have to wait.
Yeah, just finished a chat with an advisor and they said, we need to wait for the game to be added to our libraries
I pay 100 euros to play on day one and it doesn't load the game in the library, and they can't fix this problem, seriousness.
Same issue here. This is what I get for not going with Steam I suppose. Won't make that mistake again.
I've got the same issue, I redeemed an activation key, everything went well, but the game is not in my library. After few chats with the support team, I didn't get any solution...

i still cant see my game in my library
i contacted ea and they said i have to wait 24 or 48 hours but i guess i will never see my game again
but the strangest thing is i did get my 4600 points

Have the points, game is linked to my account on EA Help but no game in library. If its a 24 hour wait then I won't get it for another 12 hours. Frustrating
I have the exact same issue, I bought the EAFC 25 Ultimate Edition on purpose to play the game early
They don't care, unfortunately. No one is doing nothing. What cand be possible so dam hard to fix this. ☹️
