Seems like they won’t do anything for a few days, I got into a chat box with them and the guy acted like I was the first to show the problem even though I waited 30 mins in a queue to ask for support

I spoke to a guy who said they were aware of the problem but couldn't tell me when or if they would fix it.
- @KiaPia that is because the guy(s) at EA don't know themselves... Isn't this the same like forever
