Re: EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - 10 Hour Trial Expired

At this point with it being now almost 2 full days since the whole trial issue being known and EA doing absolutely nothing about it sadly it looks like they may not fix it at all … even when I downloaded the trial and went to play it was diff than all the other trials in EA play .. all the other trials usually state from the beginning the number of hours you have .. this one didn’t .. it only said enjoy your trial and stuff about which profile it’s being used for … from the get go it seemed off and different .. the fact that it’s actually advertised on the Xbox Home Screen and social media yet you can’t play it is beyond absurd and false advertisement … the fact that you need to jump through hoops to try and get it to work where some do and some don’t is also absurd … this is the prime example of a class action lawsuit and they should be sued … I truly do not think at this point there will be a legit trial for the game .. if they haven’t rectified a known issue that everyone dealt with by now I don’t think they are going to at all … and BTW I tried the connection hack almost 20 times and it doesn’t work .. still get the trial has been used message and to purchase to play …this might be the most egregious thing EA has done to date by not caring at all about their customers… basically stealing people’s money who pay for EA Play … 

I have given up. I'm done. I tried to request a refund for the Standard Edition Pre-Order and the request was rejected. They won't let me play the trial, they won't give my money back, they won't respond to the issue. I feel cheated.

@EA_Aljo @EA_Alex @EA_Pulsar Anyone answer me please, and it's not solved please do not call this issue solved.

For anyone who ready this, this is the solution for xbox series x/'s. 

Start the game up and press, play trial version. Wait 3 seconds and go to settings. The first place should be netwerksettings. Press on this and go to, "go offline" and press it. Now press B to go out and back to fifa. Wait till you get to the screen that says  welkome to the club with a green button ti start. Do not press anything on fifa. Go back to your settings first and go online. Wait 2 sec and press b again to go back to fifa. Then press start. This will get you in.

I was very skeptical but amazingly this worked for me.

Annoying though as it shouldn't be a thing and just work in the first place!

I have tried to do this few times and it doesn't work. It show me an error. Why ea doesn't do anything to fix this *?? We pay some money for those hours.
