my issues I’ve only noticed in UT as I’ve not played anything else. 

The crashes happen at numerous different parts of the game, this can be opening a pack, paying for a transfer, clearing objectives, changing a player, sending a player to club etc etc etc. The game seems to struggle when it needs to transition between items. There are no paths to replicate as it is so random and doesn’t always happen on the same menu. 

its really poor that a £90 game requires constant reboots 

Did the update this morning. Game continues to crash when going through objectives etc

Game is constantly crashing when redeeming packs, searching the market, listing items and even more frustrating, at full time on SB.

The game only crashes when I try to open the squad battles menu, I can play every other gamemode. Also I could play sb til like monday or tuesday, have already played 8 games this week and now I can’t even open it. It’s pretty frustrating as you can’t get more points and a better rank which means you lose out on better rewards. Seems pretty unfair

I have not stopped crashing since Monday. Every game midgame not only does the game crash, it litteraly blue screens and crashes my whole PC each and every time without fail.

I have clean booted, verified files, disabled EA overlay, disabled steam inputs, updated all my drivers, switched drives the game is installed on, the list goes on nothing works. How can you sell us a broken product? Literally broken.

Is this going to be fixed with this controller update? Is my controller causing this? Everyone is talking about controllers my whole game is cooked man. 

I’ve requested a refund from Sony. Completely unacceptable that buying a preorder game for early access at £90 and it doesn’t work as intended.

• Where is the crash occurring? - No consistent time or place but usually during a game. Can happen in squad battles, rivals, clubs, skill games, rush or any menus.
• Do you have any steps to reproduce your issue? - No but will eventually happen if I keep playing. Game will just close and then the EA app will pop up. No error message.

Would greatly appreciate any help or direction as I cant finish a match without the game closing.

Same problem last FC 24 had same issue. 

i was checking polish Forum EA and there someone from devs. Said to run as administrator EA app and then as administrator FC 25 doesnt help for me but maybe someone will be lucky.

constantly crashing when i go to my packs after I claim something from objectives.

crashed a few times after rush game / said I disconnected when I didn’t.

Where is the crash occurring: happens after every game mode no matter what team or player I just get kicked out back to main menu when I load back in to UT I get a DNF message

As soon as I enter squad battles it hangs for about 5 seconds and game closes

I'm on PC have no issues anywhere else just the squad battles menu

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Getting kicked out of ultimate team after every match, and the match count as a DNF (Do not finish) i have waited over 2 hours and still cant play. Result of matches are not count.

I have tried to do all the suggested options and nothing has worked, I have redownloaded the game several times, I have cleared cache several times, I have deleted my squad on the web app (the one time I managed to get onto it) and it kicked me and now it says I am signed in on another device. I have made a new account logged in and then switched back to my regular account and still does not work. What can I do to fix this?

Ok, so your answer is to just scrap the hours we’ve already put in and start again?

the onus should be on EAS to fix the problem, not the user.

For the record and to support the fix that EAS should be implementing, considering the cost of the game, I’m using PS4 and the crashes happen when I am collecting objectives.

Keeps crashing when gettin pack on objectives

Need to go back to home screen and restart game 

It’s crazy isn’t it, they are basically passing their own issues off on their customers instead of isolating the problem and fixing it. They have become too big so we are all a number and completely insignificant so they don’t prioritise fixing the issues. My squad battles hasn’t worked for 3 days now. As soon as I click squad battles on the menu to load into the screen you choose your opponents my game just crashes and says report to Sony. Only happens on squad battles all other modes are ok so I know 100% it is an issue with the game/EA issue. Live chat basically fob you off and say they are working on it. It is a joke guys and I think a mass boycott is the only way to make these leeches change their ways and start looking the their paying customers with a game that is fit for purpose. 

Here is my Dxdiag file. I hope that EA can find a solution for this. We are tired of having crashes for a game paid.

All my drivers are up to date. BIOS latest version. I did clean boot and the game still crashes. I did everything known and nothing

For the last 2 days every time I’ve tried to enter ultimate team the game takes a few minutes to attempt to load it before crashing the game!!

I have reset my console, turned it off and on, I even uninstalled and re-downloaded the game and nothing has worked!

id like to play the game I spent £90 on!!

FC25 Ultimate Team crashes and returns back to Xbox start screen. It only happens with Ultimate team, still able to use career mode etc in FC25. Other users on the same Xbox console can still use Ultimate Team, so it seems like an account issue. Neither I can log into Companion app as it state that I am still logged in on another device (my Xbox). Dead loop hole. Please fix this.
