EAFC 25 Crashing

What a surprise 1 hour of playing new eafc 25 and it's crashed same old ea couldn't run a bath

    Hello everyone,

    I've noticed that many of you are experiencing game-crashing issues, and I'd like to check how we can help!

    Crashing issues can arise for various reasons, so I recommend starting with the steps outlined in our tech guide, as they often resolve similar scenarios. 

    If you're having trouble with the Ultimate Team, try to create a new squad with different players using the companion app or web app and set it as your main squad. If you can not access the Web app, create a new user on your console and log into FC25 with that user. Hope this helps!

    To better assist you, could you please also use the following template when reporting similar problems? This will allow us to identify potential causes more efficiently and gather organized data.


    • Platform
    • Platform ID
    • Where is the crash occurring? 
    • Do you have any steps to reproduce your issue?
    • An option to upload a video showing your crash.
    • If you are on a PC, please attach your DxDiag

ps5 digital version

System and game fully up to date

my issues I’ve only noticed in UT as I’ve not played anything else. 

The crashes happen at numerous different parts of the game, this can be opening a pack, paying for a transfer, clearing objectives, changing a player, sending a player to club etc etc etc. The game seems to struggle when it needs to transition between items. There are no paths to replicate as it is so random and doesn’t always happen on the same menu. 

its really poor that a £90 game requires constant reboots
