Re: EAFC 25 Crashing

Hello I went in to a fut champs match received a black screen, due to this I was unable to play & i could only hear the sound & the other player sound this is extremely frustrating as this impacts my rewards for the weekend league. These bugs need to be fix immediately as we spend a lot of money for a game that has lots of bugs & there should be some sort of compensation for this error as it’s totally unfair you can’t play the match with a black screen with sound. I was so upset when I received the loss for this due to not holding the controller as I could not do anything or play the game but hear the other player scoring so by half time I left the controller trying to report this complaint & I received a penalty for this so  I dashboard to the Home Screen after the penalty popped up due to frustration or else I would of taken the picture also.
