Hey everyone,
I've just wanted to give you all a quick update that this is still being investigated by our team. It also seems to affect all player picks on both Companion and Web App.
While this is getting worked on, you can still redeem your player picks directly on your PC/console.-Vendcera
Are you serious? This didn’t cost 10 dollars, but a bit more, right?? Maybe you should focus a bit more on solving the problem that makes it impossible to use one of the main features of the game? Zero respect for players. I’d understand if this lasted 2-3 days, BUT OVER A WEEK?
The issue is a 480 error on the playerpicks endpoint, I can see that in my browser.
My guess is the server that runs this section of the game has been taken offline as 480 error code means the recipients device is offline
You would think a company like EA would clone a server to do work on it then replace the live server once it’s been done to minimise downtime to virtually 0%
Hopefully this gets solved soon!

Do you understand when people do use companion app? WHEN THEY DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONSOLE. I am out of home for next week being completely blocked with anything related with FC. On top I need to buy from market all players needed for time limited SBCs as I cannot open packs laying below broken picks. This is just silly how huge corporation fails customers that much about such minor and easily solvable problem. Have you ever heard about customer experience?

I can't redeem it on the console.. I get the attached very time on console.. Cannot do anything on ultimate team!!
Companion app or Web app or whatever you want to call it has the second image... Cannot select...!!

At least its being investigated now.
I want to clarify that going on console (PC for me) did also not work (same issue message).

You'd think that with UFL just around the corner, EA would try a little harder for its current customers.
So How long is this gonna take to get this fixed because it needs to be fixed asap it’s nearly been a week and you’re only looking into it now

But cant log in on my pc these day. I am out of town. This issue occurs on companion app.
having the same issue as everyone else - since Friday I have been unable to access any of my packs or picks because of the Centurions loan pick from one of the store packs.
im sick and tired of hearing ‘have you tried accessing console. This is clearly an issue with web app and mobile app and myself like all the others on here seem to be away from console I.e holiday.
this must be such a simple fix. How can it take over 5 days and put a large number of dedicated users at a disadvantage.
Frankly am done with this game. EA FC team are the absolute worst.
Exact same situation…. I am on holiday now, and I can’t even grind SBCs or trade the market because of a loan centurion pick. More than one week and still no answers from EA!!
Vandacera how long will it be until it’s fixed because you guys have sent up to 3 emails saying your working on it but it doesn’t seem like it

Please fix this problem. I couldn’t open packs or play SBC. I won’t be at home for a while. So ı will not use console.
