Re: FC 25 Draft Disconnect

Hey, FC fans.

We understand getting disconnected from a match is not fun nor always easy to accept, especially when you're ahead in the match. We'll share these reports to the team so they are aware of them, however we do recommend these following steps to try and receive a token and also help prevent further disconnections from matches. The Draft Token Request option is not always guaranteed.

We have connection troubleshooting steps provided on this help article. We also encourage you to power cycle your consoles and if on PC, check all Windows Updates are completed.

The draft token request is not working and since your support cant grant the token back is it just a lost cause every time? Not sure how can they abuse the same disconnect glitch every year, guess other companies just have better developers. Just lovely that I cannot play more than 1-2 games in a draft before someone abuses the glitch and the draft token request never works.

@Lepa58 It's not the quality of the developers that's the problem, it's the management understaffing them and probably forcing them to work ridiculous hours. They need at least 5x the amount of developers to make this game meet the standards that a billion-dollar publisher should adhere to.

Please can u give back my 15k coins or draft ticket, ı didnt even play that match, game kick me out and I cant play just say ı look like lose and ı cant take back draft token what u linked please can u give back my coins

we can not play any draft on PC. Everyone uses the hack to disconnect the opponent in FUT DRAFT.
I got DC 2 times in the first match and this mode is so dead cuz of cheaters. I lost 30k coins. and the auto Draft token support does not help at all...

I literally got kicked out of a SINGLE PLAYER DRAFT and I didn’t lag out because I was in a party at the same time talking to my friend and out of no where it kicks me out saying I was disconnected the ea services, if that was the case then shouldn’t it kick me out my party as well, well it didn’t so I deserve my money right give me back my money

Toda vez que chego na ultima partida do draft offline os jogadores do outro time nao aparece e o jogo fecha sozinho.
