Hi @Vmateb, 

I'm sorry to hear about your account and that the EA Help site's looping you to the homepage. It might just need some troubleshooting. Could you try the following steps please: 

  • If you are on mobile, switch to PC to submit the ticket or vice versa
  • Clear the browsers cache and cookies, fully close all browser windows and then try again
  • Test it off of a different search engine (so if you're on Google Chrome, try Firefox to see if you can submit a ticket that way)
  • It's no harm trying a clean boot to see if you see the same issue after either:  https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    i did everything but doesnt work and nobody conctac to me! can you help me please?

    Hi @Vmateb,

    No, I'm sorry but this isn't something we can help with on Answers HQ. It needs the support team to look into and assist. 

    There is a workaround that we've found helps most people when the looping occurs. Can you give these steps a try please, and make sure not to log into your EA account while completing these steps:

    1. Open up an incognito tab and head to the EA Help homepage,
    2. Type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
    3. Select See all help topics.
    4. Select the Manage my account category.
    5. Select I need help with my hacked account.
    6. Click 'Continue without signing in'.
    7. Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear.

    Once in touch with an advisor, let them know the email on your EA account so they can pull up your account right away. It'd also be helpful to have the following information ready:

    • Any usernames that are tied to your EA Account, like your EA ID, Xbox Live Gamertag, or PlayStation™Network Online ID
    • Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought through an EA platform, like the EA app
