Re: FC 25 not running smooth on PC (again)

Whenever I start the game for the first minute or two I have normal fps and then the game starts massively dropping fps to 40 and 30 and constant stuttering. I tried playing with the settings so much but nothing seems to help. I also remember having this issue in fc24, but I don't remember how I fixed it. the game is currently unplayable even though I know I 100% meet the game requirements and I play much heavier games at much higher fps.
