Re: FC 26 preorder bonuses on FC 25

Hello EA Team,

I preordered EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Edition on 22 July *using my own EU PlayStation account, and I still haven’t received the FC 25 Icon Pack that was listed as part of the preorder rewards.

Here’s what I’ve already done:

My EA and PSN accounts are properly linked

I’ve reinstalled the game from my own PSN account

I’ve waited several days, restarted the game, and checked all reward areas


I also contacted EA Support several times, but so far there has been no resolution (Case #*).

I would appreciate if this issue could be escalated or reviewed again. I simply want the content I paid for.
