Hi,
Thanks very much for your reply.
’After launching the game, you can delete the existing Personal Settings 1 and create a new file.’
Please can you advise how I delete the personal settings 1? My son is unable to login to FC25 as it needs a profile sign in to reach the settings button.
I have logged in under my own profile and although I can see the settings I cannot see an option to delete the personal settings 1 so am unsure where I would do this even if my son were able to get to the settings screen.
Also, regarding deleting the settings from the console menu please could you advise where I would find those settings?
Many thanks
Adam

To make sure, after launching the game on that profile, can you even select Personal Settings 1, like on the screen below?
Hi,
Thanks again for your reply.
No, I cannot get to that screen as I cannot launch the game on that profile anymore. After loading, the game attempts to log into my sons profile and at that point comes up with the 'personal settings 1 failed to load' message. It won't allow us to go any further at all.

In that case please delete the game settings file on the console.
On Home, select My games & apps. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons. Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete. Select Delete Everywhere.
Ok thanks for your advice.
Before I do this can I check with you what this will delete? We have three FC25 users on that Xbox. Will it delete all of our settings and Ultimate Team progress?

Every profile on the console should have it's own separate settings file, so when you log in with that specific account it should only delete files related to that profile.
The Ultimate Team progress is saved online, so it is not possible to delete it. That worked perfectly!! Thanks so much for your help, it’s really appreciated.
glad you were able to solve this problem
I'm having the same issue, but I'm on a PC so I'm not sure where to go to delete the same files.
any advice would be appreciated TYTY

Great to hear that @LivatonBarns I am happy that the problem was fixed.
@fiish3x Try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) Let me know how that goes.
Hi! , I have the same problem and i tried the solution you mentioned but i doesnt work for me. Is there any other solution?

Hi bored10fc, I reached out to the PS Games support, and their feedback is as below. I tried it and it worked
> Go to Settings > Storage > Saved Data and delete “Personal Settings 1” for FC 25 (this file is likely corrupted).
NB: You can safely delete the “Personal Settings 1” file without losing your FC 25 progress. All essential data is stored separately in your console or EA cloud. - EMACTHEWINNER2 months agoNewcomer
Is there anyways I can do this on pc? Because when I open up fc I click on my settings file it says “failed to load.”
