FC25 - Personal settings 1 failed to load

As of yesterday my son can no longer log into his FC25 on our Xbox.  At sign in he gets the message ‘Personal Settings 1 failed to load’.  It loads fine on other profiles, but simply won’t work on hi...

    In that case please delete the game settings file on the console. 

    On Home, select My games & apps. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons. Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete. Select Delete Everywhere.

Hi bored10fc​, I reached out to the PS Games support, and their feedback is as below. I tried it and it worked

> Go to Settings > Storage > Saved Data and delete “Personal Settings 1” for FC 25 (this file is likely corrupted).
NB: You can safely delete the “Personal Settings 1” file without losing your FC 25 progress. All essential data is stored separately in your console or EA cloud.

    Is there anyways I can do this on pc? Because when I open up fc I click on my settings file it says “failed to load.”
