Identical problem last week on ps 5 in Australia for me. Fixed instantly by changing to Google Public DNS. No Issues since.hope it helps.

Still got the same issue. I only bought the game 2 days ago because it was half price and been frustrated ever since… Why on earth did I not just wait till January. How do you switch to Google Public DNS?

I can 1 million percent say that switching to Google DNS fixed the issue. Thank you so much to whoever said that.

I am swedish and on Tele2 home connection. Had the problem with the green logo loading in ultimate team for over 2 weeks now. Did it start working for you? Not for me. 

I as already on the Google dns when the problem started so changed it to another but still have the problem. Then gave it a day or so and tried playing it and it was working again. There is still a few issues with the game but the loading one seems resolved now.

Yes my friend iam Swedish and I get this problem after I change to tele 2 .

before I change to tele2 i had Telia and the game was perfect
