Thanks for reaching out to the community, when you have a moment can we try the following as well?

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
5. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
6. Clear the MAC Address.
• From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
• Go to Network, then Network Settings.
• Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
• Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.

New update just installed,now everytime I load up ultimate team by game force closes,...Great update EA

Login through companion, delete your squads - solved.

Having the same issue also. I’m playing on PS5. I don’t have this issue when the update just release, after couple hours later I can not enter UT. Game crashes and put me to home screen with an error message. Can you please help asap? Thank you in advance.

What is companion and how do I login through that I’m playing on an Xbox and have never played on anything else or signed in anywhere else please and thank you

I cleared caches on my console, which first worked to get into web app, EA told me to delete squad which I did. Didn't work. Couldn't get back into web app after clearing caches again; however, for whatever reason hours later was able to login to web app, I deleted my squads and all tactics. Put in new squad and basic tactic. Then I was able to launch on console. 

Not sure why sometimes clearing cache on ps5 worked and sometimes didn't or was delayed to get into web app. I think the underlying issue is tactics, but have no actual idea. If into web app, delete set squad and tactics and add new ones. 

Any fix yet ? 

Hi, I am playing on PC. Earlier before the update, it used to run perfect without any issue. After the latest update: 1. sometimes it crashes at the startup. 2. sometimes it also crashes the windows too along with the game and shows BSOD. 3. Sometimes, in the middle of game fc 25 crashes - I am playing career mode only, no ultimate team or online gaming. Tried playing offline but faced same game crashing issue. tried shutting down all services but EA and playing but same game crashing issue. Could you suggest any solution for it?
