Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I attempt to login into ultimate team and every time I log into ultimate team on the loading screen (with the team of the week or rush team 2) i get an error which says "something went wrong with this game or app".
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not allow me to access ultimate team and takes me back to a report problem page (CE-10825-1)
What should be happening instead? I should be able to access ultimate team.

I contacted EA help on Tuesday night (21/10/24) and spoke to someone via chat. They were unable to rectify this issue and advised that they would refer it onto the in game team however I have not had any contact. I have attempted to login in to ultimate team on both the 22/10 and also the 23/10 with the same outcome ("something went wrong with this game or app")
I PS5 and FC 25 game is up to date with the latest update. I have also restarted my PS5., deleted and downloaded FC 25 again and also cleared cache and rebuilt PS5 database which has not helped as I am still unable to access ultimate team.
Could you please assist me with this issue?
