Try clearing your locally saved games with these steps:

  • Hit the Xbox Guide button and to the Settings
  • Go to System > Storage Devices
  • Choose Clear local saved games

Your system should restart. Let me know if that helps or not.

    Ok!! Few points here, it may clear the misunderstandings:

    1. 1 Issue for XBOX is going on, where people are unable to play trial 10 hours (there is a workaround provided but its not working for all, worked for me):

    2. In case you have already completed 10 hours trial play and you bought the game thinking you can continue playing, there are 2 instances:

    2.a: You purchased FC25 Standard Version: This will not work as the game official launch date is Sept 27th, you will be able to continue your FC25 journey starting 27th Sept.

    2.b: You purchased FC25 Ultimate Version: This should work, you must be able to play as Ultimate Version has a full early access of 7 days before actual launch date.

    @5975fd575c220d30 thank you. I thought the standard version also had early access because it included pre-order content. Thank you for clarifying, I willl try ultimate now. Also thanks to everyone who tried helping. Cheers

    Please try what is being suggested with the workaround and/or Ultimate Edition and let me know what happens.

    None of this has worked. I can play full games, but it disconnects me once the game has finished. Happens every single time. Zero progress to be made. Another year, another game crippling disaster.

    I'm having the same issue.

    Tried everything, still doesn't work, this needs to be fixed with a patch!!!

  • Same error again. Since yesterday all day and today the game is impossible to start. A message is displayed saying that the trial period has ended. It's incredible that I can't even return this game because this option has disappeared. Almost a week since the launch of the standard version and I could only play for 2 days. I can't do it during the most important period of the game. I will be behind other players and it will affect my nerves and bad emotions. PC

    halo,i need some help,,

    Yesterday morning when I opened the FC 25 game I wanted to play Ultimate Team but suddenly on the menu display there was only the kick off option, even though yesterday afternoon I was still able to play Ultimate Team
