Re: I can't join my friends lobby

Me and my friend are both trying to play with each other , whenever we tried to join a lobby and it says "unexpected error has occurred" . Does anyone know how to fix this as we have tried everything like the crossplay settings

Hey everyone,

to reiterate, due to PC players having already received Title Update #2 and therefore being on a different client version of FC 25, it's currently not possible to crossplay with console players.

This will be solved once PlayStation and Xbox receive the new update as well. As soon as we have more information, when it will become available, we will let you know.

So basically @EA_Vendcera as this is "Last EA Post" you are basically telling us all to shut up and put up with this with no indication of a timeline. What is the process for refunding the game from EA?

For anyone in the UK, email EA and tell them the product’s faulty. Include screenshots (if you can), and mention the date you bought the product. As an example, put this in the email 

“Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the digital content you sold me is faulty. I would like you to fix it within a reasonable time.” If EA do not give you a timescale of a fix then you can ask for a refund. I want aso refund, I just buy it to play with friends this days. 

Maybe just maybe release a patch when it’s ready for all platforms instead of breaking one of the biggest draws of the game with cross play

I know this will be extremely off-topic of the whole thread, but the live chat of EA Help has been of exactly 0 help in resolving the issue and I'm getting desperate to reach an EA representative via different methods. I've been having problems with downloading Battlefield 1 from the EA app for the last few months, ranging from the download restarting immediatly after completion, to getting stuck on downloading a 6mb chunk after the main game is downloaded and showing me "Something went wrong. Try again later." error. I have cases #190751934 and #177109888 for more details. Is there any information you could provide?

I just don't get why EA would update pc first so us pc players cannot play the game basically. The game was just released. We want to play and you want us to buy the game every year but these things are just horrible. Some people buy the game to play CLUBS and now we can't even play. 

Why release an update for pc only if it makes it unplayable to crossplay ?

Youve done a mistake insted of making us wait without a due date atleast roll back the patch until its ready for everyone, making pc players suffer without a date for a fix isnt the solution . 

Last year they messed this up twice in the exact same way (showing they haven't learned). Both times there was 1 day difference between PC and Console updates. I actually expected the console update today, but still nothing...

How much time do EA need to prepare the same version update for consoles? 

It  is the joke, that EA released rather "early access" as the full version.. of the game.

Many of players (this most loyal ones) buy this game only or mainly to play the Pro Clubs, but as always we get here a lot of bugs and issues. And to play the game that we pay for we need to find some creative solutions like lobby reset etc.

Pro Clubs is a mode where EA can find the most organized and engaged players and organizations, plenty official and non official leagues. But still EA don't care...

So much bad feelings, EA customer experience it is a huge joke.
