Maybe I have understood the issue: the availability of the languages depends on the country where the game hase been purchased. In my case, living in the middle east, my native language, Italian, is not available.

EA behaviour is not fair: in the EA App it is clearly stated which are the supported languages, without giving evidence of any particular limitation, i.e. depending on thre country where the game is bought (in the attached screenshot, in lingue (languages), no reference is made to this limitation)

This is also my guess, I contacted yesterday some EA Advisor over the chat and wasn't able to clarify or get clear answer so it does seem its at least confusing for them, and might be a miscalculation as normally in the past it has stated in the store the languages avaliable, BY region / store where you purchase. So this it's clearly misleading, because let's say... in your case maybe you would have purchased in Italy asking a friend or similat to guarantee to get the Italian language.

Let's hope this thread get's some attention and we could find a solution soon.

you are right. Maybe using VPN also, but I wanted to do everything in the right way - sometimes it seems they force people not to follow the rules...

In any case, as you said, it is misleading and for sure it is not fair - no any information in the store about this matter, because otherwise I could have decided not to purchase it.

Let me add that the thread will not get attention if only few players will post on it.

I bought ea fc 24 last year In turkey but the commentary was still English and there was no Option to change it to Turkish so I don’t know if the region you bought it in matters

bro im living in Turkey but Turkish language is not available. I hate this.
